What is GoSlotify?
GoSlotify is online scheduling and booking software by AliveMind. Each professional gets a public booking link with their own availability, meeting types, and minimum notice, and invitees pick a time in their own timezone. Company owners add team members, each with an isolated profile, and see bookings across the team.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one profile with a public booking page, one calendar connection, and booking confirmations, and needs no card. Paid plans add email reminders, more profiles, and team tools; current prices are on the pricing page.
Does each team member receive a separate booking link?
Yes. Each active team member has an individual public profile and booking URL. Invitees using that URL see only that host's meeting types and availability.
Can a team member see the company owner's private settings?
No. Team-member access is scoped to the member's own profile, schedule, meeting types, and bookings. Company-wide controls require the company owner role.
How does payment activation work?
After email verification, Stripe Checkout collects payment. GoSlotify waits for a signed Stripe webhook before creating access, so a browser redirect alone cannot activate an account.
Can invitees book a meeting starting immediately?
Hosts can set minimum notice. The default setup uses at least 30 minutes, giving both sides time to prepare.
Are reminders sent to both sides?
Implemented confirmation and reminder workflows notify the invitee and the meeting host using the configured transactional email provider.
Is Google Calendar required?
No. GoSlotify can produce calendar attachments without Google. Google Calendar conflict checking and event creation become available after the host connects an account and the platform OAuth settings are configured.
