Company owners see a three-step wizard the first time they sign in: Your work, Your priorities, and Meeting experience. The setup page then lists four tasks marked Complete or Set up: Booking identity, Booking preferences, Working hours, and Calendar connection. The Setup progress panel on every page shows what is left. Booking Page, Preferences, and Support stay open while setup is unfinished.
A booking page needs your identity, your working hours, and at least one active event template. Connecting Google Calendar first means busy events are removed from your open times from day one. A test booking from a private browser window shows exactly what a client sees.
Event Templates sets the public title, guest description, duration, buffers, minimum notice, how far ahead clients can book, guest capacity, availability schedule, visibility, price, and location or conferencing. Event kinds include one-to-one, group, round robin, paid appointment, and class. Each card has an On/Off switch, Edit, Delete, and Copy link.
Company owners see Company workspace, Scheduling, and Workspace setup groups. Team members see My workspace, My scheduling, and Profile and account. Replay guide runs a short tour of whichever page you are on.
Booking Page has the tabs Identity, Media, About, Links, Appearance, URL & Domain, and Security. Appearance offers a Theme (Signal, Studio, or Editorial), a Button style (Solid, Outline, or Soft), and an accent color.
The change is confirmed with a code sent to your account email, which expires after 30 minutes. Custom domains are in early access and coming soon to Business and Scale workspaces. Where enabled: enter the hostname, confirm it by code, add the DNS records shown, then click Connect and check DNS. If you use Cloudflare, set the record to DNS only. Until the domain is verified, your standard /book/ link keeps working.
The code is an embed of your booking page. It uses your custom domain when one is connected. There are paste guides for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and any other site.
You can keep several named schedules, each with a Timezone, optional Effective dates, its own Time off, and a default. Working hours can have more than one window per day, and a day can be Unavailable. Event templates choose which schedule they use.
Overrides belong to a schedule. Each one has a Date, optional start and end times or Closed all day, and a Note.
Each entry has a start, an optional end (leave it empty for no end date), what it applies to, and a reason. All schedules closes every event template; a single schedule closes only the templates that use it. The list shows each entry's status: Upcoming, Active now, or Ended. A schedule's own time off also appears under Time off on its Availability page, where you can add, edit, or remove it in the schedule's timezone. Blocks apply only to your own profile.
Minimum notice runs from No minimum to 7 days and starts at 30 minutes. Buffer before and Buffer after add time around each meeting. How far ahead clients can book runs from 1 to 24 months, and a Daily limit caps bookings per day (0 means no limit).
Each time is checked again when the client books. If a connected Google Calendar cannot be checked at that moment, GoSlotify refuses the booking instead of risking a double booking.
Each host connects their own calendar on the Calendar page. You can connect up to 6 Google accounts. Your primary calendar is always checked for conflicts, and you can add up to 10 more calendars. New bookings are written to a calendar named GoSlotify Bookings on the account marked New bookings go here.
Each connected account shows Connected as with its email and a status of Connected, Needs reconnect, or Check failed. Disconnect asks you to confirm first.
Conflict checking and automatic event creation need a connected Google Calendar. Booking confirmation emails include an invite.ics file that most calendar apps can open.
Each host connects their own Zoom account from the Zoom meetings card on Integrations. If the card says Zoom is not available yet, your workspace administrator still needs to finish setting it up. If it says Zoom needs reconnecting, new bookings use your pasted meeting link until you reconnect. Disconnect Zoom asks you to confirm.
Filters cover profile, From and To dates, event template, and status (Confirmed, Completed, or Cancelled). Export CSV downloads the list. Cancel booking asks before it notifies the client, and Keep it backs out. A booking's details show the client, meeting link, reminders, and notes.
Manual bookings may fall outside working hours. You can invite up to 10 team members or other emails to the meeting. The client confirmation email is ticked by default.
Confirmation emails include Join meeting and Manage booking buttons and a calendar invite. Automated email reminders are switched on in Preferences on the Solo plan and up. Bookings shows Reminders scheduled or how many reminders were sent. SMS reminders need a paid plan with the SMS add-on.
Cancellation notice starts at 24 hours and reschedule notice at 0 hours. Both are set per event template.
New profiles are team members. GoSlotify does not email the new person, so share their username and temporary password with them yourself. They sign in on the Team member sign-in page and use the email code like everyone else.
A company owner manages company details, team profiles, company bookings, billing, and team settings. A team member manages only their own schedule and bookings and cannot see another member's private data.
If you try to add a profile with no free seat, Team Members says the workspace has reached its purchased team-seat limit.
The company owner's own profile is protected and cannot be disabled or deleted from Team Members. Delete asks you to confirm first.
Show prices switches between Monthly, Quarterly, Every 6 months and Annual, for the cycles your plan offers. Buy plan upgrades, Switch to this plan downgrades, and Switch to Free moves to the free plan. Moving from Free to a paid plan opens a secure Stripe checkout. Under Billing cycle, pick any other cycle and press Switch billing cycle; the change is prorated. The SMS add-on is billed monthly, so while it is active only monthly billing is available.
Billing shows the current plan, renewal date, card, and invoice history. Manage payment method opens the Stripe billing portal.
The banner reads that the latest payment could not be processed and has an Update payment method button.
You can undo a cancellation any time before the period ends.
Company owners use Company owner sign in and team members use Team member sign in. Remember this account for 30 days skips the code on that browser for 30 days, renewed each time you sign in there, but you still enter your username and password.
There is no password change form inside the dashboard; recovery is how you set a new password. You still need the email code the next time you sign in.
Verification codes for these changes expire after 30 minutes. The same tab has Remove your account, which needs an emailed code and typing DELETE.
Passwords are hashed, calendar and provider connections are encrypted, and sign-in codes are short-lived and rate limited. If you think someone else has signed in, reset your password and contact support by email.

Common questions
GoSlotify requires a short-lived email code for every company and team-member sign-in. It reduces the risk from a stolen password.
No. Team members are scoped to their own profile, availability, meeting types, calendar connection, and bookings. Company owners can manage company members and company-wide scheduling data.
Only after GoSlotify receives and verifies a signed Stripe webhook for a paid subscription. Returning from Checkout in a browser cannot activate access.
Hosts can configure minimum notice. New profiles start with a preparation window so a meeting cannot begin immediately after booking.
