GoSlotify Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) form a binding agreement between AliveMind Tech Pvt. Ltd. (AliveMind, we, us, or our) and the person or organization using GoSlotify. By creating an account, accepting these Terms during signup, purchasing a subscription, joining a workspace, using a booking page, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use GoSlotify for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase or administer a GoSlotify subscription. You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information and keep it current.

Usernames, company slugs, and public profile URLs are subject to availability and may not impersonate another person, infringe rights, mislead invitees, or reserve names without legitimate use.

3. Account security and roles

You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, one-time codes, devices, sessions, provider connections, and booking-management links. Notify info@alivemind.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Company owners control invitations and company-level settings. Team members receive isolated access to their own authorized profile and scheduling data. You may not share credentials to bypass roles, seats, or security controls. The company is responsible for activity performed by accounts it creates or invites, except to the extent caused by GoSlotify's breach of these Terms.

4. Plans, entitlements, and seats

Current prices, billing intervals, included profiles, extra-profile charges, and capabilities appear on the Pricing page and in Stripe Checkout. The selected plan version is the subscription contract for that purchase. Features may require a configured third-party integration and compatible provider account.

You may not exceed purchased seats or circumvent entitlement controls. Adding profiles above the included quantity may increase recurring charges as shown before confirmation. Removing a profile does not automatically change an already invoiced period.

5. Payment, taxes, and automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You authorize Stripe and AliveMind to charge the displayed amount, applicable taxes, and authorized extra-seat charges using the payment method provided. GoSlotify does not activate an account based only on a browser return from Checkout; a verified Stripe event must confirm payment.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. The renewal date and amount appear in Checkout, invoices, or the billing dashboard. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes based on AliveMind's net income. We may change future prices with advance notice required by law; a price change applies no earlier than a subsequent renewal unless you expressly accept another arrangement.

A failed payment may result in retry notices, restricted features, suspension, or termination. You remain responsible for amounts validly incurred before cancellation or termination.

6. Trials and promotions

A trial, discount, coupon, or promotion applies only as described at signup and may have eligibility, seat, duration, or redemption limits. Unless Checkout states otherwise, a trial converts to a paid automatically renewing subscription at the disclosed price when the trial ends. You must cancel before the conversion date to avoid the charge.

7. Cancellation and refunds

A company owner may cancel through an available billing control or by contacting support from the account email. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Access may continue through that date unless the account is suspended for security, abuse, or nonpayment.

Subscription charges are nonrefundable and unused time is not prorated except when required by law, expressly stated in a written offer, or approved by AliveMind for a documented billing error. This policy does not limit nonwaivable consumer rights. Removing team members or failing to use the service does not create a refund.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use GoSlotify to violate law or rights; send spam or deceptive communications; schedule unlawful services; impersonate another person; distribute malware; phish for credentials; attack authentication or payment systems; scrape private or rate-limited content; probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization; interfere with availability; access another workspace; bypass seats, subscriptions, rate limits, or tenant controls; reverse engineer the service where restriction is permitted by law; or help another person do these things.

We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant records, restrict traffic, remove unlawful content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests.

9. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of lawful content and business data submitted to GoSlotify. You grant AliveMind a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and notices needed to submit company, employee, team-member, invitee, meeting, and calendar information. Do not use GoSlotify for Social Security numbers, complete payment-card data, tax records, protected health information, or other highly sensitive regulated data unless AliveMind has expressly agreed in writing to the required safeguards.

10. Invitees and communications

Workspace customers determine the meeting purposes, questions, invitees, and follow-up they use. They are responsible for lawful notices, consent, retention, and communications with invitees. Transactional confirmation and reminder email must not be repurposed for unsolicited marketing.

An invitee may use a private management link to view, cancel, or reschedule a booking. Customers and invitees must protect those links and notify support if a link is exposed.

11. Third-party services

GoSlotify may interoperate with Stripe, Google Calendar, Resend, OpenAI, Vercel, Nile, and other services. Third-party availability, terms, privacy practices, account requirements, and technical changes are outside AliveMind's control. A connection may stop working if authorization expires, the provider changes an API, the user revokes access, or required configuration is missing.

External AliveMind network links identify related organizations but do not make their services part of a GoSlotify subscription.

12. GoSlotify intellectual property

AliveMind and its licensors own GoSlotify software, interfaces, documentation, branding, workflows, and related intellectual property, excluding customer content. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service during an active authorized account. No other right is granted.

13. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product ideas or feedback, you grant AliveMind a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation. Do not submit confidential information as feedback.

14. Service changes, support, and maintenance

We may improve, change, replace, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice when a material change removes a core paid function. Features described as planned, beta, preview, or dependent on configuration may change and are not guaranteed.

Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, internet failures, and emergency work may temporarily affect access. Public-safe error pages may replace technical details; developer administrators may receive more diagnostic information.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, repeated provider failure caused by customer configuration, or when required by law. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure a remediable breach.

Upon termination, rights to use the service end. Customers should export required records before closure. Provisions concerning payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other terms that by nature should survive will survive.

16. Warranty disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEDLYO IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. ALIVEMIND DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE OUTPUT, DELIVERY BY EVERY EMAIL OR CALENDAR PROVIDER, OR THAT AN AI RESPONSE IS ACCURATE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIVEMIND AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM SCHEDLYO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM SCHEDLYO WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, an organization using GoSlotify will defend and indemnify AliveMind and its affiliates from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from the organization's customer content, unlawful use, invitee communications, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. AliveMind will provide reasonable notice and cooperation and will not settle an indemnified claim in a way that admits the organization's wrongdoing without consent.

19. Events beyond reasonable control

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including widespread internet or cloud outages, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, utility failure, epidemic, or third-party platform interruption, except that payment obligations already due remain payable.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court and applicable law permits the parties to choose venue, the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, a party will send a written notice describing the dispute and allow thirty days for good-faith resolution. This section does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using a legally available small-claims process. Nonwaivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

21. General terms

You may not assign these Terms without AliveMind's written consent; AliveMind may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or affiliate restructuring. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the selected plan and Checkout disclosures, and any signed order form are the entire agreement for GoSlotify and replace prior discussions on the same subject. Headings are for convenience. Electronic notices and acceptance have the same effect as written records where allowed by law.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, provider, security, pricing, or product changes. The page shows the effective date and version. We will provide notice of material changes as required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance when permitted; renewed affirmative acceptance will be requested when legally required.
